Blue Heron Lake is an idyllic venue, surrounded by the beauties of nature, which offers an ideal location for those who would like to make their vows of holy matrimony in an outdoor setting. We believe that the wedding venue should reflect the wild and beautiful nature of the love being celebrated there, and to that effect we have worked to curate a property that is both natural and neatly maintained, full of a history of good memories, and ready to be the backdrop for your joyful union!

maximum guest count

We limit the maximum number of guests on our property to 120 guests in order to maintain the property and minimize wear on our antique buildings.

General Information

Events end by 11:30pm. We are available for booking starting in late May and ending in mid October. You may use any caterer you choose. Alcohol is your responsibility and must comply with Ohio state laws.

4 Hours (ceremony only)

Up to 40 guests: $800

40-60 Guests: $1,000

60-80 Guests: $1,200

(Additional Hours: $200 per hour)

Package 3

Monday-Friday

All Day (11:00am-11:00pm)

Up to 80 Guests: $2,500

80-100 Guests: $2,700

100-120 Guests: $3,000 (tent included)

(Additional Hours: $200 per hour)

Saturday

40-60 Guests: $1,250

60-80 Guests: $1,500

* Package 1: Guest count larger than 40 guests: additional $150. If you also plan to have dinner on our property we will prepare the space for an additional $150

Packages include a 1-hour rehearsal the week before the wedding. You may add 2 hours to your rehearsal for $200.

**Additional set-up time is $100 extra per hour
